INCOMA International Mobility offers a complete assessment and management service for young people eligible for grants abroad, both as a host organisation in Spain and as a home organisation for those who go abroad. INCOMING - Due to the wealth of experience gained as a partner of the European promoters of recognised international programmes funded by the EU and aimed at the promotion of the mobility of young people and workers within the European Union, Incoma International Mobility is able to provide a full consultancy and hosting service to international beneficiaries of the above mentioned projects. In particular this includes the management and monitoring of vocational training placements within Andalusian companies in order to develop the professional aptitude and skills of the young participants through their immersion into the European labour market.   

incoma has also begun work towards the hosting of young people from other parts of the world, such as the USA and Japan, allowing them to benefit from both a professional work experience placement, and the opportunity to improve their Spanish language skills.

Thus, incoma works both directly with organisations based in those countries, and with its own network of agents for those said countries. Collaboration at all levels being incoma’s main philosophy, it in turn receives help from other local partners, developing certain aspects of the services offered to groups.
