The EU offers assistance, grants and subsidies to all kinds of organisations to help them carry out their projects and business negotiations. On many occasions these said funds are not easily accessible and the organisations need external advice.
Services offered:
- Creation of a project: Analysis of the situation, financial planning, timescales
Realisation of the project: presentation of the project, creation of intermediate and final reports, mobilisation of the necessary human resources.
Financial planning: management of funds invested in the project. Creation of a financial plan and an economic cost report.
Relations with foreign partners: Identification of the partners most appropriate for the budget and the needs of the project across Incoma´s network of partners.
Monitoring of project: Incoma sends a consultant who supervises the realisation of the project, resolves any incidents and evaluates the results.
Incoma´s objective is to act as a European projects consultant not only on a national scale in Spain but also offering services in other parts of Europe, supported by a network of local partners.
