Description:ACUME is aimed at adapting, integrating and transferring a Spanish training course for Intercultural Mediators, to enhance their competences in identified specific areas: Communication and relation, Languages (training on second language L2 and reinforcing of L1), Team work. The course will be adapted and integrated referring to principles, methodologies and approaches related to cross cultural learning styles of trainees in vocational education and training. It will be also integrated with L2 blended training (e-learning modules and frontal lessons). The impact expected by the project is represented by: the qualitative improvement of the Services (social, health, education) where Intercultural Mediators operate; the contribution to the definition of the Professional profile within the EQF; the adoption of a modular and competence based training model by the VET systems.

Description:Addressed to 12 technicians specialized in training, labour and social inclusion and professional counseling for migrant collective. This is the third phase of MERCURIO project; the previous phases 1, 2, 3 & 4 were also financed by LdV program.

Description:The project is addressed, in this second edition, to 30 unemployed graduates from Universidad de Cadiz, whom have used within the last year the services offered by the Dirección General de Empleo (Headquarters of Employment). The call will be open to any of the campus belonging to Universidad de Cadiz, it will guarantee the provincial impact. The destinations will be: Germany, Italy, France, Lithuania & Uk. The stays will last 14 weeks and it will take place in a longer period which includes previous meetings and orientation activities and counseling till the final labor insertion of the participants.

Description:The project aims to enhance the job and training possibilities within the growing development in the sector of collection, classification and treatment of urban wastes.
